Hi, Blossom Family!
Caroline and Katherine here with a little bit of a different post tonight. 8 months ago, we were fortunate enough to be asked to join the Children’s Media Association (CMA): a national nonprofit dedicated to helping children’s media professionals connect, learn, and make great content for kids. Tasked with coming up with new programs to benefit members and broaden this wonderful community during COVID-19, we were convinced that one of the best ways of doing this was through mentorship.
Tasked with coming up with new programs to benefit members and broaden this wonderful community during COVID-19, we were convinced that one of the best ways of doing this was through mentorship.
So in under two months, we launched CMA’s first-ever national mentorship program designed to establish greater opportunity, connection, and diversity that would help both rising and established professionals make a meaningful impact in the lives of children all around the world through their work.
It has been such an incredible privilege to work with CMA and its amazing team (as well as the 100+ mentors and mentees across the US this program serves!) to launch this program and it has reminded us that no matter what stage we are in our careers and in our lives – we all have so much to offer to help one another learn, grow, and, of course, BLOSSOM!

For anyone interested in learning more about children’s media or just connecting with a great group of people, we invite you all to check out CMA and the mentorship program here.
Have a Blossom Day! Caroline & Katherine Brickley Sisters and Co-Founders of The Blossom Company
