Return Policy
MAKING A RETURN
Your satisfaction and enjoyment of our products is very important to us!
Products can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, provided that the returned item(s) are in the same condition as delivered to you with no damage to their packaging or tags. Print on demand items as well as digital downloads are not returnable.
Please note we do not refund original or return shipping and handling fees. You will be responsible for shipping your return item(s).
We are not responsible for late or lost returns.
To begin the return process, please submit your return request to hello@thebrickleysisters.com and a customer service representative will contact you with a return authorization which you will need for your return to be processed. In the case of returns due to defective products or an incorrect order please submit an inquiry to find out if you are eligible for a provided return label.
To help us quickly process your return, please follow our return instructions:
· Please write down the original order number and the item(s) being returned and enclose it in your package;
· Return all original packaging;
· Do not remove any hang tags or sewn tags. Any returned items without tags will not be eligible for a refund;
· Use the original mailing bag/box to return the item(s) and securely seal to keep the item(s) safe; and,
· Always obtain and keep the tracking information from your post office or chosen carrier for your return in case of any non-delivery.
Upon receipt and review of the returned item(s) the refund will be processed provided the item(s) are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. If you are due a refund, it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method after the return has been processed.
For returns on items that were shipped to you and were received with a defect, or the wrong item was received, please contact us at hello@thebrickleysisters.com so that we can arrange the return shipping. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, provided the returned items are in the same condition as they were sent to you.

Q: Can I edit my order?
A: Orders can be edited by emailing hello@thebrickleysisters.com so long as they are not en route to their destination, which would be indicated by your order being labeled as either 'pre-transit' or 'in transit'.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: You may make a return within 15 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@thebrickleysisters.com to initiate the return and then following the steps above to return your item(s) once your return request has been approved. Print on demand items as well as digital downloads are not returnable.
Q: Can I exchange an item from my order?
A: If an item is shown to be defective within 15 days of delivery, please email us at hello@thebrickleysisters.com so that we can ensure your item is exchanged for one with no quality issues. Print on demand items as well as digital downloads cannot be exchanged.
